• Shipping Rates: Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $200.

• Delivery Estimates: 

• Domestic (3-10) business days

• International (15-30) business days.

• Tracking Your Order: Once your order has transitioned from our hands to yours, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its progress.

• Lost or Damaged Items: If your package arrives in a state that is less than serene, please contact us at care@sereneinnerera.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
