3.1 Scope

This explains how Serene Inner Era LLC collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information for the website, consultations, estimates, bookings, memberships, payments, documentation, and operations.

3.2 Choices

You may limit what you give us (some details are required to serve you), opt out of marketing email, text STOP to leave marketing SMS, block cookies (some site features may break), and ask to access, correct, delete, or limit certain personal information as described below.

Marketing opt-out does not stop appointment, billing, or safety messages.

Serene does not promise to honor browser Do Not Track signals.

3.3 What we collect

Information you provide: name, business name, billing and service addresses, email, phone, property details, preferences, access and security instructions, pet information, schedule, messages, estimates, invoices, payment authorizations, membership data, and service history.

Also information reasonably needed to serve you, protect safety, investigate claims, follow the law, or run accounts.

Categories may include identifiers; commercial and service records; property and access details; limited payment data from processors (status, last four digits, brand); website/device data; photos, video, notes, and body-camera recordings related to work areas; and service-planning inferences.

Access codes, alarm instructions, security details, and service recordings are treated as confidential. They are not used for marketing.

3.4 Website, cookies, ads

The Site or providers may collect IP address, browser, device, pages, referrer, time on page, approximate location, and form data. Cookies, pixels, and analytics may be used to run the Site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising.

If a privacy law treats certain ad or analytics cookies as a “sale” or “share,” required choices will be offered. Serene does not sell personal information as its business model and does not sell access codes, service documentation, or security information.

3.5 Uses

Body-worn camera recordings and other service documentation (including operational photos and video taken to verify work, safety, insurance, or disputes) are confidential business records. They are never used for marketing, advertising, social media, websites, or portfolios.

If the Client separately agrees that Serene may take still photographs with a phone or camera for marketing, that consent covers only those marketing photos. It does not authorize use of body-worn camera recordings or other service documentation for marketing.

3.6 Documentation and recordings

Reasonable photos, video, measurements, and notes may be taken to propose and verify work. Serene will try not to capture unrelated private material. Assessment records are not used for marketing. Recordings follow Section 5 on the Terms & Condition's page

3.7 Sharing

With staff and contractors; payment and billing providers; scheduling, hosting, analytics, and communication tools; insurers and claims professionals; lawyers, accountants, and consultants; property managers or your authorized representatives when needed for service; government or courts when required or to protect safety; and a buyer if the business is sold.

Providers should use the information only for authorized work.

Customer data is not shared with third parties for their marketing. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared for any purpose. Other sharing described here excludes mobile opt-in data.

3.8 Payments

Cards and bank accounts are handled by processors. Serene may see status, transaction IDs, brand, expiration, last four digits, billing contact, and fraud flags. Serene does not intend to store full card numbers except through a compliant processor.

3.9 Retention and security

Information is kept as long as reasonably needed for service, accounts, tax, legal, insurance, safety, disputes, and records, then deleted or de-identified when practicable.

Serene uses reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. Tell Serene promptly if access instructions or accounts are compromised.

Depending on your state and applicable law, you may be able to know/access, correct, delete, opt out of sale/share (if any), limit sensitive information, appeal a denial, and be free from discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

Some records must be kept for legal, tax, insurance, security, or dispute reasons.
