Why We Use Body Cameras
We wear body cameras on every visit so the work inside your property is documented, not reconstructed from memory. That record exists to protect you, to hold our team accountable, and to give you a clear way to review what happened if a question ever comes up.
What we record, and why
Footage is used only as verified service documentation: the care performed, the condition of the areas we were asked to service, and the professionalism of the visit. It is not used for marketing, social media, or sale.
How we protect your privacy
Recording is disclosed before work begins. Cameras stay off in bathrooms and other spaces where you would reasonably expect not to be filmed. We do not leave devices running unattended in private rooms. Access to footage is limited to people who need it to answer a service question, investigate a concern, or meet a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
Recordings are retained only as long as needed for quality, safety, and dispute resolution, then securely deleted. If you ask to review the documentation from your visit, we will work from that record with you rather than asking you to rely on recollection.
